Refund policy

Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective materials will only be processed for store credit AND must be initiated within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returns for Store Credit:
  1. Email: info@wygear.com
  2. Provide your name, order number and address.
  3. Describe your return request (reasons).
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
  • Items must be received by Wyoming Gear within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition, with tags still attached (if applicable), and free of debris, hair, deodorant, etc. and in resell-able condition-cannot be washed or worn.
  • We do not offer returns for "change of mind."
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are processed the same as a return.
  • Returns will be processed for store credit only.

Terms of Exchange:

Item must be in new, never worn, & never washed condition. If Wyoming Gear determines the returned item(s) do not fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the return. You will forfeit your item or the buyer will be responsible for shipping back to them.

How soon will I get my refund/store credit?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund/store credit will be processed to the original payment method or store credit within 5 days of arrival to our warehouse.

Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Discount Codes:

Once an order is placed, a discount code cannot be retroactively applied to the order.  If you are having trouble with a discount code, please reach out to us at info@wygear.com.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. 

Lost Shipments:

We do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS or UPS and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly. Wyoming Gear is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing, and/or undeliverable packages.
